TPE plastic is a thermoplastic elastomer modified material, with the features of excellent comfort and elasticity, aging resistance, abrasion resistance, hydrolysis resistance, excellent chemical stability. Its environmental protection is better than international standards including ROHS, REACH, EN-14372, etc., with the hardness range of 30-90A Shore.
TPU
The company has independently researched and developed the TPU plastics with the hardness of 50-95A. In addition to excellent abrasion resistance, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, it has the good advantages of softness, bendability, high temperature resistance, and cold resistance, with the environmental standards better than international standards such as ROHS, REACH, EN14372 and so on.
Modified Engineering Plastics
PA6、PA66、PA46
Glass fiber reinforced (5-50%), filled, fireproof, super tough, cold resistant, high temperature resistant, UV resistant and antistatic. The product has good fluidity, no floating fiber, no water marks, no surface defects, good impact resistance, fast processing speed, flame retardant of UL94V-0 level, environmental protection better than standards of EU ROHS. The PA46 independently developed by the company is hard, high temperature resistant but cheap.
ABS/PVC
